6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, please contact us at contact@novalighting-design.co.uk within 12 hours of placing the order. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

In order to protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity, Novalighting reserves the right to carry out payment checks. We may ask you for additional information or confirmation for certain transactions deemed to be high-risk.
